How can I schedule you at my clinic?
Contact me by email or phone about current availabilities How much do you charge? Contact me to find out current rates. What if I need to cancel? Once the contract has been signed and dates confirmed, a cancellation made with less than 30 days before the first work date will incur a charge of 75% of the total job’s fees. How can I make the transition go smoothly? Fill out the "Clinic Info" form by downloading it and emailing to me, or fill it out online. This helps me be even more prepared on Day 1. Can we meet? Yes! I love to visit clinics prior to scheduling shifts to get to know the facility and staff, schedule permitting. |
Do you perform surgery?
I am available for soft tissue and dental procedures, and love doing them! However, for our mutual benefit I do not perform anesthetic procedures on the first booking. After we get to know one another we can discuss scheduling anesthetic procedures Are you an Independent Contractor? I am fully incorporated and carry my own liability and insurance. If you are concerned about legal issues regarding payment of independent contractors due to recent law changes - rest assured! Because I am incorporated contracts are made between your business and mine, eliminating any worries over needing to hire me as an employee or provide employee benefits.
